We have one of the best state of the art lab in Pakistan. It has all the necessary equipment need for wheat grains and Flour quality tests. We have equipment from renowned companies like Perten, Chopin, Brabender, and Bastak Rigorous quality tests are performed from receiving of the wheat to the products from it. Wheat is selected from the protein-enriched areas and before approving the wheat grains truck, screening test is performed in the QA/QC lab. After passing through protein, hardness, sedimentation and moisture tests the lot is approved for production. For quality assurance wheat blending recipe is made for quality production then before processing, Before B1 Break, Dampened wheat is again checked in QA/QC lab whether it met Production quality requirements or not. Product samples are collected and then analyzed for quality tests every 3 hours of production. When quality tests are passed, the product is delivered to our valued customers.
